The Mission
The mission of our company is to provide high-quality designs and streamlined production services to independent authors and small businesses while reducing costs. We also aim to help educate and cultivate our clients from a position of positivity, ethics and integrity.
Company Founders
Royce L. Sampson, President and Chief Executive Officer
of Royce Enterprises, Inc. (REI), has over 45 years of printing and publishing
experience. His experience includes the management of the bindery and folder
departments for Waverly Press, Inc. and Cadmus Communications, Inc. for over
15 years. He will head RPI’s Book Publishing and Sales divisions.
Jerrold R. Sampson, Senior Vice President of REI
and Art Director for Rock Publications,
was a Composition Photo-typesetting Specialist for Waverly Press, Inc. for
seven years and Senior Art Director for The Rock newsmagazine based in Easton,
MD for four years. During that time he received his Associate of Arts degree
in Printing Management and Graphic Design. Jerrold Sampson has a solid background
in print production and design as well as marketing and promotion. He has
also worked as a production assistant for a small magazine publisher in Baltimore
for two years, and earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Corporate Communications
from the University of Baltimore.
Michael R. Sampson, Vice President of REI and Composition
Manager for
Rock Publications, Inc., has worked in the publishing industry as a marketing
representative for a Baltimore news publication; he also has worked as a proofreader
and revisor for Waverly Press, Inc. He has over ten years of copyediting experience.
