Royce L. Sampson: My mission is to be an advocate, and try to set
a successful example of being an outstanding entrepreneur.

Royce L. Sampson: The sky is the limit. It is yours to make it go.

What is your advice to someone who wants to start a business?
Royce L. Sampson: Make a business plan, and get advice from the right
people.

If you could change anything about your business, what would it be?
Royce L. Sampson: Nothing. I think things are right on schedule, and
I would not change anything.

What three words best describe you as a businessman?
Royce L. Sampson: Determined, Knowledgeable, and Qualified.

What advice would you give to the youth about entrepreneurship?
Royce L. Sampson: Number one would be to receive the proper training.
Secondly, get a good mentor. Finally, follow his or her advice.

If you could instill some words of wisdom to anyone, what would it
be?
Royce L. Sampson: Choose a business that you have a passion for, and
not just to make money. If you can make as much money at your business
as your job, that is a good start.

What is driving Royce L. Sampson toward success in the business world?
Royce L. Sampson: Building a business legacy for my descendents is
my driving force.
